ITINERARY
DAY 1, June 01, 2021 | Nairobi
Jambo and welcome to Nairobi, Kenya!

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Check out and proceed to Amboseli National Park, lying below the highest freestanding mountain in the world and the most famous symbol of Africa, Mt Kilimanjaro. This iconic spot is home to the legendary Maasai tribesmen and famous for huge herds of elephants. In addition to elephants, antelopes, zebras, wildebeests, buffalo, and the elusive leopard all reside within this park framed by the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro.
Enjoy lunch followed by an afternoon game drive.
DAY 3, June 03, 2021 | Amboseli
Spend the day in Amboseli National Park with early morning and afternoon game drives, during which you will get the opportunity to visit a local school and Masai Village.
Amboseli, meaning “salty dust” in Masai, is a place of stark contrast. Despite Amboseli’s sometimes dry and dusty appearance, it has an endless supply of water filtered through thousands of feet of volcanic rock from Mt. Kilimanjaro’s snow melt. These underground streams converge into clear freshwater springs in the heart of the park. The powder-like dust is volcanic ash, which was released from Kilimanjaro millennia ago.
An amazing spectacle of Amboseli is the shimmering dry lakebed where false mirages of populated horizons, punctuated by real herds of zebra and gnu hover in front of you. The main attraction of Amboseli is its vast herds of elephants within the park; the bull elephants here have some of the largest tusks in Kenya! Early morning and late afternoon photographic opportunities are incredible, with plentiful game and Mt. Kilimanjaro providing an impressive and majestic backdrop.
DAY 4, June 04, 2021 | Lake Manyara
After breakfast, you will be driven to Namanga border to clear with Customs and Immigrations. DAY 9, June 09, 2021 | Masai Mara
Depart after breakfast, bidding farewell to Serengeti to drive to the Isebania Tanzania/Kenya border to continue with your safari in Kenya. This is a long day of approximately 6 hours’ drive to the camp which will be your home for the next 2 days.
The Masai Mara National Reserve offers wonderful scenery and plenty of game. It is perhaps the only region left in Kenya where the visitor may see animals in the same super-abundance as existed a century ago.
